Ian Clarkson is a trailblazer in the world of Management Consulting. Ian founded, built, and grew the global management consulting business, Celerant Consulting to 600 people, before selling the firm to Hitachi Consulting for $140m in 2013.
He has decades of experience delivering large scale operational and technology transformation programs to global companies, in addition to scaling and leading an innovative global services business. He pioneered the concept of value pricing, correlating fees to results, and created an environment in which people could develop and thrive.
Ian has chaired or served on the boards of a range of professional services businesses including Bright Field, Myrtle Consulting, and currently sits on the Board of the European Council on Foreign Relations.
