His expertise ranges from leading Operational Teams to deliver maximum benefits for clients, plus leading business analysis by defining performance gaps and quantifying the benefits. He is also a sales leader within the Metals & Mining and Oil & Gas sectors.
Mike attained a Master Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma (LSS) and leads his teams to apply proven methodologies to drive results, that range from more traditional operational improvement solutions, Organizational Change, and where applicable utilization of transformational technologies such as generative AI.
Mike also helps clients identify areas of improvement across the entire value chain, including SIOP, Voice of Customer, Lean Manufacturing, TPM, Quality Control, OEE, Sales Force Effectiveness, Strategic Procurement & Sourcing, Logistics, Inventory Management, Digital Management Operating Systems, Supply Chain & Network Optimization and Customer Experience.
